Every truck and auto owner in the town took advantage of the delightful day and motored to Lincoln, Va., where the annual rally of the Baptist Church, Rev. G. W. Powell, pastor, occurred. The picturesque scenery all along the route added greatly to the enjoyment of the day. Rev. Cligsby, pastor of the Baptist Church at Bailey's Cross Roads, preached at both services. The total collection for the day amounted to $193. 67.
